This product uses all of the dies from every other manufacturer and it's so easy to use. I just push and hold the toggle switch down to pull the whole works through and the machine does the work for me. The Spellbinders dies and the Nestabilities came out fantastic.

I love my Wizard. I have had it for three years now, and it is a very well made machine. I have never had a problem with anything breaking. There is a learning curve to using this machine. With a little patience, you will be rewarded. This machine can cut, emboss, set eyelets, and works with all dies out there. It's really worth the money.

I bought this product mid may and have not used it very often. My sandwich gets stuck all the time and the new dies do not cut all the way through. Even after rotating and passing through up to 6 times, this machine just does not do its job. I asked Spellbinders if there is a solution, and was told to place a light shim in with the die, which has caused the machine to get stuck on countless occasions. The reverse switch/lever is very difficult to switch over and the handle feels lose. Given that the product has a life time warranty I really feel that the company should be offering to replace this product. After many attempts to contact their Customer Service Dept I was merely told to spritz the paper/card stock and to rotate my dies.

i am still trying to get the designers to replace the product given that it has only been used 3 months and it has a life time warranty. Maybe I just have a one off faulty machine. I am more than happy to give it another go if the company will replace my product. The mats have roller indentations from getting stuck and I was only doing exactly what the manufacturer has advised me to do... and if can add .. very gently in doing so as I (unfortunately) paid a much higher price than Cameraworld is offering

If you have trouble using the Wizard, please read the directions carefully. Use the correct sandwich "recipe" for the type die you are using. Spellbinders has a lot of good information and videos on their website. Check it out.

I found this machine very hard to use and the instructions useless. I think I got it working three times, then the reverse button broke. The few things I did turned out nicely but I definitely wouldn't recommend buying it.

I am new to the craft and investigated many similar machines but ultimately decided on the Wizard for it's versatility, beautiful die cuts and flexibility in using other brands of die cuts. The Wizard definitely delivers! I would recommend viewing the latest instructional video on the manufacturer's website before using the Raspberry Wizard. It only requires the white magnetic spacer plate.

I love the compact size and ease of use. It took a couple of tries to get the hang of it. I haven't used my zip e'mate or big shot since I received my Wizard. It's compact and doesn't take up prime real estate on my craft table. That is a BIG PLUS for me. Other dies work easily with the Wizard allowing me a LOT of versatility at crops. Something every cardmaker/scrapbooker needs. I HIGHLY recommend this product.

The Wizard is a nice machine to use your nestabilities with. Its a little tricky at first to get the idea of use but once you get it, you will flow much faster.

It works like a charm, and I've used it with Cuttlebug dies and embossing folders. One caveat: 2 days after I bought it, the ratchet in the arm broke. I removed the arm and the ratchet would not work. I called the company and they sent out a replacement arm, [...]. I don't know but think that the screw holding the arm might have been loose, thus causing the ratchet to break. But so far after using the new arm for a couple of days (and with it screwed on tightly), it seems to be working well. The Spellbinder dies work the best in my experience, I bought some Cuttlekids animal dies and they do not cut in some places, not sure if that's the dies or the machine. But all in all, I think it was a great purchase and I will use it a lot!
