50/50 chance that it actually works

I bought two of these, one for my sister one for my girlfriend.. i plugged the first on in to charge it and put pictures on it and the computer didnt understand what it was, so i unplugged it and plugged it back in and it worked that time. so i charged it put pictures on it, looks nice and will do the job for one gift. on to the second one, plugged it in thought i was charging it, put pictures on, unplugged it after i was done and it would not turn on. originally i thought well maybe i should let it charge more, plugged it in saw the pictures were still in the file, let it sit for a couple more hours. unplugged it, still would not turn on, tried resetting it tried everything, just defective and a huge waste of my time.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
