WOW! This filter opened my eyes to a whole new world of photography. Wonder how to take a picture as if looking through polarized glasses?, this is the filter for you. When I use this one, I feel like a pro. I can capture the shots I always wanted to but never could with my point and shoot! It blew me away to think it was a filter not the actual camera. Of coarse that helps, but this filter has changed my outlook on being a photographer.

I used this on my EF-S 18-55 IS, so far it's working out pretty well. I do notice that that the sky does become more defined and has deeper color.
My only real complaint is that it's expensive, but then again all Circular Polarizes are.

The thin design of this filter eliminates or reduces vignetting at wide angles. Another polarizer I tried had considerable vignetting at 18mm focal length. With this filter I can get much closer to 18mm wth no noticable vignetting, and at 18mm it is only slightly noticeable.
The polarization effect works well and coatings help reduce unwanted effects from refections.
