    The major drawback I found was the very poor image quality on scanned photos. Pictures that looked fine on a computer monitor, but were very grainy on this product.

    Very easy to use especially for photos.
    Also reads AVI files and sound is quite clean too.
    Only con is that I didn't find a way to show slideshows with music...I ended up creating an AVI file with my photos and the music I wanted!

    This was a great value for a digital frame. We bought 4 of them, to set up as family Christmas gifts. They don't hold their own pictures (no memory) but you insert a memory card and play. It's just about that simple. We haven't had a chance to experiment with music, but supposedly it plays music as well. The only problem we had was in the menu setting, the print directions are not detailed so you have to play around with it to get out of a folder mode and into a slide show. It's not an elegant frame by any means, but sleek and simple. Our photos are not wide screen, so they don't use the whole screen either. They are centered.

    This product is not what it is presented to be. The music does not play at the same time the pictures are showing. It's either pictures or music. It did not come with the black acrylic frame only a white one. The picture quality is sub value.

    I purchased this frame for my sister in-law for her Birthday. It was a big hit, she loved it. Very nice for the Cost. Made a perfect gift. I plan on getting three more for Christmas gifts and pre-loading with pictures.

    Good item...great if you think about how little an expense it is! Absolutely satisfied!
    Only had a little problem setting the slideshow, can't seem to show photos while playing music.. I actually created a nice slideshow with another program then saved it in mpg...
    the result was excellent!
    Perfect purchase if it's your first digital frame!
