These page protectors have a built-in panel on both the right and left edge that close to meet in the center like a shutter. Simply open the two shutters to reveal what is underneath. The universal hole punch works with 3-ring, strap, and postbound albums. The extended binding edge allows pages to lay flat. Acid-free.

I have used ribbon and zippers to make folds and expand pages, but this is simply a unique way to expand both sides of a page without having to expand the pages behind it.

GREAT INVENTION. One sheet protector holds 1 12x12 layout and 4 6x12 layouts which increases the ability to scrap more pictures of the same event and have it displayed all together. Wish they would have had these years ago when I started scrapbooking.

I find it hard to limit the photos for a one page layout so I normally do 2 page layouts or even more. I also use 3 ring binders that are not the best for 2 page layouts. With these swing protectors the side attachments (6x12) end up with little space for flowing the layout one into the other.

I love this look. It is the perfect alternative when I don't have enough photos for a mini book or full 8 page spread. The cute looks you can do with the front two pages is really unique.
I bought one for me and one for my mom - I wish I could get the ones I gave my mom back!!
