Not much to say really. It's a remote release and it works like it should. No problems encountered. Only one small complaint - there is no on/off switch. The remote is always on. Not sure why Nikon designed it this way, but I gave it four stars for that reason.

Once I figured out the plug (one time thing), it is fantastic. It works great with my D300. Portraits will be easier as well as looking forward to getting some great pictures this summer of the Perseid meteors.

Works perfectly with my D300. The plug is a little awkward. Has a lot more features than I expect to use ever. In my personal case, I could have opted for the less expensive remote control, but my only complain is its size. Too big for my kind of use, but for a pro it would hardly matter. Sometimes I get lazy and use just the timer with exposure delay, but the remote is more comfortable and fast.
