dries quick, shinny as long as it is untouched often. Most times clear. I have received bottles that dried milky and not clear.

I use this product all the time when selling my artwork at Craft Fairs. There are similar products that I have use if I happen to run out. I can only find 3-D Crystal Lacquer at Rubber Stamp Conventions. People are always asking what is 3-D Crystal Lacquer and where can they get it. The durability of the product is great. I love the finish it gives my products without me having to mix anything together. This products should be stocked at Craft/Hobby stores [@]

This product is wonderful for adding shine and dimension to paper embellishments on your handmade cards or scrapbooks. I used it to print out names and words for cards and then go over them with the clear lacquer. They look like acrylic when they dry. I used the pen applicator that is purchased seperately. I won't be without this product in the future

I've used many products similar to this in my business...3-D Crystal lacquer is BY FAR the best all around!
