not as easy as a point and shoot camera but simple enough to figure it out in little or no time. This camera takes awesome pictures. I used it first to shoot the Northern Lights (aurora borealis) in Alaska and it was a first time winner, while others around me failed to get a good shot at them.

I use this camera for all wild life photographing. I am really excited about the high definition video. I have been photographing an eagles nest now for about seven years. Can't wait to use the high definition video on the eagles raising their youngones. The video gives you a sharp clear movie. The still images are also sharp and clear.
